About the role
- As a key member of our Associate Success (HR) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping employee experience and driving engagement by partnering with business leaders and supporting key initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Associate Success (HR) leadership and senior business leaders to design and execute people strategies that accelerate business performance.
- Partner with leaders to drive organizational readiness and deliver impactful solutions across the areas of workforce planning, talent management, capability development, performance, and change leadership initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and succession planning.
- Partners with Associate Success teams including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Compensation as well as other departments such as Finance, to meet the various needs of the organization.
- Lead or support Associate Success projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain an effective level of business literacy by staying informed on the business unit's financial and long-term strategy.
- Maintain a solid understanding of employment laws and regulations related to day-to-day employee management, helping to mitigate legal risk and ensure compliance. Consult with Associate Relations and Legal teams as needed.
- Leverage analytics and insights to influence decisions. Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions that increase organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- MUST have experience supporting Professional Services (GTM/Go to Market) and/or Customer Experience (Supply Chain Advisory/Presales) within a global setting.

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar field.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive professional HR experience in a global enterprise environment.
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices, processes and employment laws.
- Must be able to work with geographically dispersed leaders, teams and employees.
- Master's degree or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, etc.) preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities; adept at managing multiple priorities and interpreting data for informed decisions.
- Skilled in providing constructive feedback and challenging respectfully when needed.
- High integrity in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
- Demonstrated business acumen and proficiency with Microsoft 365.
