About the role
- Other: The Operations Coordinator reports to the Headmaster and may have other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be Continuing Status with at least three years of experience in a teaching role.
- Must have or be able to obtain a ServSafe or Foodservice Sanitation Manager's Certification if applying to an RBA school that offers a Child Nutrition Program.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in education.
- Must be Continuing Status with at least three years of experience in a teaching role. Additional experience in a leadership role (i.e. lead teacher, academic coach) or equivalent is preferred.
- A Master's degree or enrollment in a Master's program in educational leadership or similar is preferred.
- An effective communicator, with strong oral and written skills.
- Physical ability to lift/carry 20 lbs. and dexterity to perform the duties & responsibilities of the job.

- Demonstration of a professional attitude toward teachers, students, parents, and the public is a must at all times.
- Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Assists the Headmaster with compliance, discipline, scheduling, curriculum implementation, DPI reporting, staff development, budgets, and publicity.
- Assists with required state testing and accountability procedures at the school as delegated by the Headmaster.
- Attends any DPI professional development sessions in the assigned areas at the discretion of the Headmaster.
- Monitors designated areas of the total school program and reports to the Headmaster any inefficiencies.
