About the role
- The Analyst/Senior Analyst (Paralegal) will join our Entity Management team who oversee the full lifecycle of Sixth Street's internal global entities.
- Explore and utilize firm-approved AI and other automations to increase efficiency and accuracy of processes
- Serve as record keeper and source of information for Sixth Street and its affiliates
Responsibilities
- we build businesses, invest for growth, acquire assets, provide direct financing, identify value in public markets, purchase royalty streams, and regularly develop first-of-their-kind structures to meet the strategic objectives of management teams.
- This cross-functional role requires close collaboration with Legal, Tax, Accounting, and Compliance teams to support transaction, fund, and regulatory workstreams.
- You will be responsible for building and implementing best-in-class processes and controls to manage a growing, complex, cross-border organizational structure.
- Develop, implement, and manage processes for our entities globally from formation all the way until dissolution

Compensation
- The base salary for this position is expected to be between $90,000 and $120,000.
- The base salary offered to the selected candidate will be commensurate with a candidate's relevant experience and other qualifications for the position, as determined by Sixth Street in its sole discretion.
- In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a competitive benefits package.
- If a job offer is extended for a location other than Dallas or San Francisco, the salary range may differ based on the location.
