Own day-to-day workplace operations, identifying and implementing improvements that enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
Manage the workplace ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution, clear communication, and consistent follow-through.
Support space planning, furniture moves, and layout updates, partnering with internal teams as needed.

You'll work closely with partners across the Workplace, People, Security, and IT teams, as well as with external vendors.

Event Management experience
Project Management experience
CPR/AED Certification
2+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities, or office management - ideally within a high-growth startup or tech environment, including experience supporting executive-level stakeholders.
Track record of delivering excellent customer or employee-facing service, with the ability to stay sharp and composed in high-volume, high-demand environments.
Proven experience managing vendors, workplace programs, and day-to-day facilities operations, with a solution-oriented and proactive approach.
Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally, taking ownership of competing priorities and exercising sound judgment in a fast-moving environment.

$115,000 - $167,000 USD
If based in Figma's San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.
For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
Figma also offers sales incentive pay for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles.
