About the role
- Our job starts the moment a customer decides they want to use Fin, sticking with them every step of the way to ensure they get the most value from our product.
- This position will be hybrid with the expectation to work from the office 3 days a week and work from home the remaining 2 days of the week.
- Remember that there's no such thing as the perfect candidate or background, which is what makes us unique and successful!

Requirements
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
Nice to have
- Owning customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution.
- Becoming an encyclopedia of knowledge about how Fin works and what it is capable of.
Compensation
- The base salary range for candidates within the Greater Chicago Area is $81,000 - $98,000.
- The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
