- Ensure operational excellence at the warehouse and in last-mile delivery and equipment service, partnering with your ops manager on inventory, routing, install quality, and service SLAs ·
- Demonstrate a proactive mentality for setting sales goals, hitting market financial targets, and closing accounts ·
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business ·
- 5+ years' experience selling in Office Coffee Service (OCS), water/coffee equipment preferred ·
- experience leading cross-functional teams (sales + operations) strongly preferred ·
