About the role
- First National Bank of America is seeking an experienced, driven, and customer-focused Branch Relationship Specialist - Business & Consumer Banking to join our East Lansing team.

Responsibilities
- Drive new deposit growth through customer interactions, internal referrals, business development activities, and community networking
- Deliver Financial Solutions
- Implement and support treasury management services throughout the customer lifecycle
- Open, maintain, and update business and consumer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage lobby traffic and create a welcoming, professional branch environment
- Collaborate with branch teammates to deliver consistent and outstanding customer experience
- Maintain Operational Excellence
- Support a culture of accountability, compliance, and operational excellence
Requirements
- Minimum one year of branch banking experience required
- Strong understanding of business deposit account opening requirements, documentation, and applicable regulations
- Proven success in cross-selling financial products and identifying customer opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate banking technology platforms effectively
