About the role

This role involves managing maintenance projects, training technicians, and ensuring the reliability of critical systems.

Train and mentor maintenance technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.
Create and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to enhance system reliability.
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

3+ years of experience in a related field.
Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Experience with safe use of tools and equipment.
Extensive experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
Advanced proficiency with Computerized Maintenance.
Experience working with hand and power tools.
Ability to travel as required.
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment.
Advanced certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., HVAC, electrical).
Advanced proficiency with Computerized Maintenance. Management Systems (CMMS).
Ability to drive a forklift.
