About the role
- Summary of Role The MTS Technical Program Manager - Quantum Technology Solutions is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional technical programs within GF Labs that enable execution of specific strategic programs.
- Technical Leadership: • Act as a MTS-level technical leader influencing senior technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business cases GF Labs strategic programs.
- Partner with R&D finance and GF Labs technology teams to ensure budget alignment, cost tracking, and ROI transparency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductors, advanced technology development, or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and technology development lifecycles.
- Proven ability to integrate technical execution with business and financial considerations.
- Coordinate across device engineering, process integration, process engineering, advanced packaging, design enablement, and manufacturing as required to execute a program
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a relevant technical discipline.
- MBA or formal training in finance or business management.
- Experience with emerging or non-traditional semiconductor platforms
- Experience working with government-funded or academic research programs
- Project Management Certification
- Quantum Semiconductor experience
- $98,000.00 - $176,000.00
