Responsibilities
- Manage the full operational lifecycle, SLOs, and availability for network services, driving accountability and supporting scalable solutions in physical and virtual environments.
- Design and develop new automation and tooling by writing production-quality code to eliminate team-level toil and improve overall system efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the Workplace Team, TDI Teams, Security, and other stakeholders to resolve recurring incidents and improve IT network security.
- Maintain fleet-wide consistency across software, configuration, and security, while assisting with the research and implementation of innovative network technologies.

Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree
- or an advanced degree without experience.
- Strong proficiency in writing production-quality code to automate repetitive tasks and eliminate toil.
- A strong ability to foster open dialogue and collaboration among the immediate team while maintaining a secure, consistent end-user experience.
- Desirable Technical Skills: Previous experience with Juniper/JUNOS switching/routing and Palo Alto Networks NGFWs is preferred and will give you a head start in supporting our infrastructure.
