About the role
- Guggenheim is seeking an experienced, motivated Junior Trader to join our Fixed Income Structured Products Group (SPG) Trading Desk in Chicago.
- This position will also require strong collaboration with our salesforce and operations groups to facilitate customer requests and market the product and sector.

- Currently, this role is expected to be in the Chicago office at least 4 days per week
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Economics/Finance/Accounting preferred

- Quantitative and analytic skills including advanced use of Excel and VBA Macros
