About the role

  • Coalfire is looking for a Technical Editor that is highly skilled at reviewing and providing corrective feedback on customer-facing documentation.
  • This is a great opportunity to work as a part of the Quality team and make an impact while contributing to the overall success of client projects.
  • The Technical Editor reports to the Manager, Quality Assurance (QA) and is responsible for performing quality reviews of Coalfire's deliverables within the Quality Management System (QMS) scope.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality control (QC) reviews of customer-facing and internal documents with specific focus on consistency, clarity, and conciseness for at least two verticals
  • Complete QC checks for each client-facing document reviewed
  • Properly store records of work and revisions, including the reviewed document, checklist, and template.
