About the role
- As a Returns Analyst I, you will be responsible for researching difficult, unusual and case sensitive returns issues, resolving post-shipment issues and managing customer product returns.
- You will assist with the customer order process and order edits, assisting with RMA inventory counts and managing additional operations projects, as necessary.
- The essential functions of this position include:
Responsibilities
- Qualify and manage customer return requests
- Manage physical handling of returned goods
- Manage other projects and additional responsibilities, as needed
- Create new purchase orders and sales orders to allow the Invoicing department to bill customers
Requirements
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to utilize internet to research, analyze and process returns
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products
- Must be a team-player with a "can do" attitude
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective written communication skills
- Strong attention-to-detail

Compensation
- The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $19.23 and $24.03 hourly.
