About the role
- The Strategic Sourcing Manager will coordinate the activities of personnel engaged in purchasing and distributing materials, equipment, and supplies within the organization.
- This individual will plan, organize, direct, and control activities related to the procurement functions with Mountain Operations, Food & Beverage, Hospitality and associated ancillary businesses.
- This position reports to the Director of Strategic Sourcing.

- Helps to design, implement, manage, and monitor procurement reporting systems to meet company requirements in the assigned areas of responsibility

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Procurement or related field
- Proficient knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial performance
- Proficiency in leading and managing organizational change
- Ability to work effectively with different departments to achieve business objectives
