About the role

Amca's Primary Research Analyst [flexible seniority level] will be responsible for owning research into and strategy development of new market entry initiatives at the company.
This person will sit on the Growth team, report to the VP of Growth, and work closely with the rest of the leadership team, especially the CEO.

Most primary research leads to passive investment decisions or abstract investment theses; this work will lead directly to tangible shifts in the world, spearheaded by our own actions as an ambitious industrial company.

To help close that gap, Amca rapidly develops and manufactures new critical components and subsystems required to build and sustain the planes, military vehicles, and core infrastructure America needs.
They likely have worked at a hedge fund for 1-3 years, but creative and incisive researchers with financial sophistication from other backgrounds would excel too.

$140,000 - $280,000 USD
