About the role

  • The organization includes six hospitals, 5 ERs, and over 80 clinics.
  • The Pharmacy Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for overseeing the daily clinical and operational functions of decentralized pharmacy services, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in medication therapy.
  • This role may involve occupational exposure to hazardous drugs.

Responsibilities

  • include developing and maintaining policies and procedures focused on clinical practices and medication protocols, conducting performance reviews, and participating in departmental planning and goal setting.
  • This individual will lead cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong project management skills and the ability to communicate complex clinical concepts to diverse audiences.

Requirements

  • 1-2 Years Related Experience
  • Required: Bachelor's of Pharmacy required
  • Required: 1-2 Years Related Experience
  • Bachelor's of Pharmacy required

Nice to have

  • Doctor of Pharmacy
  • Completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 residency
  • 1-2 Years Managerial/Supervisory experience
  • Preferred: Doctor of Pharmacy
  • Preferred: 1-2 Years Managerial/Supervisory experience
