About the role
- Conduct testing and validation of individual Distributed Antenna System (DAS) devices, from the main head-end to the Remote Repeating Unit, to confirm functionality.
- Facilitate faulty equipment exchanges and ensure installed hardware is properly aligned with location-based signal levels.
- Track and report: Performance impacts on DAS devices in construction zones.
Responsibilities
- Validate the availability and functionality of emergency power hardware to support outages or system faults.
- Maintain the network management system for DAS devices, including the associated network management software, to ensure continuous operational efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and manage technical issues under pressure.
Requirements
- With over 15 years of experience providing cybersecurity, cloud, IT infrastructure, and helpdesk support services, our solution and customer satisfaction depends highly on our People strategy.
- 3+ years of experience in DAS system maintenance and radio equipment support.
- Qualifications 3+ years of experience in DAS system maintenance and radio equipment support.
Skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience in DAS and related technology.
