Responsibilities
- Own project plans for customer onboarding, adoption, and retention initiatives, including scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, and timelines.
- Design, document, and continuously improve CS playbooks, onboarding checklists, templates, and rollout processes.
- By securing humans and agents, KnowBe4 leads the industry in workforce trust and defense.
- Interns will also engage in team-building activities and awesome socials.
- This role owns project plans, timelines, and status reporting for onboarding, adoption, and retention initiatives.
- You will work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Renewal Specialists, Support, Account Management, and Product to deliver results on time and build scalable processes across the customer base.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Familiarity with email and collaboration tools (Gmail, Google Workspace)
Nice to have
- Interest in cybersecurity, SaaS, or customer-facing roles
- Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proven record of managing multiple projects with competing priorities
- No recruitment agencies, please.
- IT experience/exposure is a plus
