The Infusion Care & Advocacy Coordinator exists to ensure our members with infusion needs feel fully supported, guided, and confident throughout their care journey.

Own: Care Coordination for infusion services, including scheduling and aligning infusion services, Member financial assistance cases, including eligibility for patient assistance programs, 501(r) charity programs, and alternative resources
Seamless coordination of infusion care across all treatment stages Accuracy and completeness of documentation in the EMR Member confidence, trust, and overall care experience Strong collaboration with clinical teams and internal partners Timely communication and follow-through on care plans
