  • Manage one-company salary survey strategy, utilizing Payscale to house market data and role data. Utilize Payscale's reporting feature to visualize salary trends and compare compensation practices across different roles and locations.
  • Run and project manage annual compensation and performance process.
  • Experience managing annual compensation review cycles and recognition platforms.
