About the role

  • Conducts assessments to evaluate staff competency and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assists staff in the use of learning management systems.
  • Stays up-to-date with current research and best practices in behavioral health to ensure training programs are evidence-based.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with clinical teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Maintains accurate records of training activities and employee progress.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from an accredited university in Clinical Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work, or;
  • Doctoral degree from an accredited university or professional school in Psychology, required.
  • Appropriate Independent Ohio licensure, required.

  • Ability to effectively organize and facilitate meetings to produce high quality educational offerings.
  • Demonstrated high levels of initiative, clinical decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to use sound judgment and ethical decision-making.

Compensation

  • $11k-$20k

  • Two years of demonstrated skills or knowledge of the provision of evidence-supported behavioral health care to children and families, required.
