About the role

Bashor Children's Home is looking for a Therapist to join our team!
The position is full time non-exempt and requires flexibility.

Master's degree in social work, counseling or psychology.
Must have initial license (LSW, LMHCA) and be actively working to achieve clinical license (LCSW, LMCH).
Must have a valid driver's license and insurance.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to make effective decisions and time management skills.
Must be a cooperative team player.
Must have an understanding of and sensitivity to serving a culturally diverse population.
Ability to be strengths based and trauma informed.
Ability to balance direct services with other responsibilities of the job including but not limited to meetings and paperwork.
