About the role

  • You apply professional judgment to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities, delivering high-quality enhancements and workflow improvements.
  • You are a fully qualified product professional who works independently within your scope, solves diverse and sometimes ambiguous problems, and adapts existing approaches to meet evolving product and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Independently own feature-level discovery, requirement definition, prioritization, and delivery within a defined product area.
  • Partner with engineering on planning, estimation, QA readiness, and release execution, adapting plans as needed based on new information.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Support to clarify requirements and ensure smooth releases.
  • Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders by adapting communication style and constructively navigating disagreements to drive product decisions.
  • Build productive working relationships with internal partners and, when appropriate, external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate diverse inputs and exercise sound judgment.
  • Experience making prioritization decisions and tradeoff recommendations within a structured product environment.
  • Ability to adapt existing approaches to resolve ambiguous or non-routine product challenges.
  • Working knowledge of APIs and/or technical products
