About the role
- We're looking for a Executive Assistant on the Research team to help us expand what's possible for patients with serious diseases.
- Serve as an administrator to appropriate Team Channels and SharePoint file systems, uploading files, keeping them up to date, and keeping internal stakeholders informed
- As needed, supporting lab and operations managers with purchase orders, statements of work, and invoice tracking
Responsibilities
- Developing, formatting, proofreading, and upkeep of general Excel files, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations

Requirements
- You have a High School Diploma along with 5 years of executive assistant experience required, preferably supporting senior leaders at the VP level or above.
- You are or you also have:
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, with a high level of professionalism
- Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters
- Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the pharma or biotech industry preferred
- familiarity with Research and Development environments is a plus

Compensation

- $39.00-50.00 Hourly
- Insmed will only pay a fee to agencies if a formal agreement between Insmed and the agency has been established.
