Responsibilities

  • Ensuring objective and frequent feedback to employees to drive ownership, awareness, and accountability.
  • intelligent dosing systems designed for real life, predictive insights that stay a step ahead, and always on support when it's needed most.
  • You will be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

  • Ability to delve into custom salesforce apex code to debug issues and develop code for proof concepts.
  • Experience developing Apex Frameworks and or utilities for Salesforce.com platform.

Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile.
  • The employee is also required to interact with a computer and communicate with peers and co-workers.
  • The ideal Senior Manager, Salesforce should possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Prefer 10+ years of work experience in IT industry and 4+ years of experience working as a Senior Manager
  • Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices and deployment methodologies

  • PR) locations (USD):$136,000.00 - $230,000.00 The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California.
