Please review our website: https://www.kivasales.com/ Kiva Sales and Service (KSS) is seeking a dependable, safety-focused, and organized Class A Truck Driver to join our growing team.
This role is responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while ensuring accurate deliveries and compliance with all transportation regulations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically and mentally capable of handling long hours on the road, and committed to maintaining a strong safety record.

Drivers are required to follow all DOT regulations, company safety procedures, and customer site requirements.
Ability to safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle for extended periods of time.
Ability to safely operate lift gates, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other delivery equipment when required.
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods while driving and remain alert and focused during all driving conditions.
Ability to frequently enter and exit the tractor cab and trailer, including climbing steps and maintaining balance.
Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move materials or equipment up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and secure cargo as needed.

Pull trailers with a towed weight exceeding 10,000 lbs.
Ensure trailer hitches are properly secured prior to transport
Pick up, organize, secure, and unload shipments to prevent damage during transit
Obtain delivery confirmations through signatures and/or warehouse scanning systems
Verify shipment contents against manifests and delivery documentation
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Monitor weather and road conditions before and during routes
Report maintenance concerns, delays, or delivery issues to management promptly

Successfully pass required driving record reviews, annual medical examinations, and periodic drug testing
