Responsibilities

  • We deliver diversified construction services including design-build to clients worldwide.
  • When federal agencies and multinational firms need a construction partner to respond to critical situations, they can count on Perini Management Services, Inc.
  • We've provided design-build and design-bid-build construction for more than four decades, responding to disasters and supporting military operations around the globe.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers throughout all phases of construction, including pre-construction/design phases.
  • Assist in developing project budgets, timelines, and procurement plans.
  • Review and manage design documents for constructability and distribution to client & subcontractors.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining the project schedule, including monthly updates, and progress tracking.
  • Process change orders and manage scope changes between the client, subcontractors, and designers.
  • Support and oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure alignment with plans and specifications.
  • Manage submittals and RFIs.

Requirements

  • Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management Related degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent competency achieved through relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer literacy.
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Procore
  • Ability to obtain an Employer-Sponsored U.S. Government Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship
