Responsibilities
- They will also be responsible for managing the store in ways that boost revenues and develop commercial and retail business.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop staff while coaching, mentoring, and managing performance
- Drive financial performance by managing budgets, controlling expenses, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions
- Lead customer service efforts and support direct sales activities, including counter sales and issue resolution
- Maintain store standards, including opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, organization, and overall operational readiness
- Execute promotional initiatives and support sales programs to drive revenue growth
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial and operational reports
- Manage cash handling processes, including deposits, reconciliations, and accounts receivable collections
Requirements
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of retail, automotive, or customer service experience; prior supervisory or key holder experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage retail and commercial customers
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating team activities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel
- Comfortable using standard business and retail tools, including computers, POS systems, and calculators
- Ability to lift and move heavy products and perform physical tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and installations
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Nice to have

Compensation
