Responsibilities
- Senior Engineer will be the engineering lead on multi-discipline projects and interact directly with our clients.
- This role leads technical resources for the civil engineering organization and is involved with many projects and clients on a high-level and mentors project engineers.
- The role requires strong technical skills in Civil Engineering design including grading, drainage, erosion and sedimentation control, stormwater management and SWPP calculations and reports.
- Provide construction support to our clients.
- The ideal candidate will collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to develop a diverse range of renewable energy projects (PV, BESS, HV, Wind).
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in engineering is required
- Professional Engineer required
- Proficiency in design software such as Civil 3D, HydroCAD.
- 15 years of experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in data center and large-scale site development projects is highly preferred.
- Experience in renewable energy projects such as solar, wind, or battery storage is highly preferred.
Compensation
- $130k-$150k
