Collaborate with technical staff to produce high-quality proposals and support complex pursuits alongside the Marketing and Business Development team.
Write and design presentations, proposals, and qualification materials in response to formal and informal client solicitations.
Lead and participate in strategy, kick off, and review meetings, incorporating win themes and storyboarding.
Create impactful presentation materials for client meetings.
Maintain and update marketing collateral, including project sheets and firm credentials.
Create, post, and manage content on BRAVO's website and social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn.
This individual will report directly to our Senior Proposal Manager, and will play a pivotal role in developing compelling proposals that showcase our capabilities and help secure new business, as well as contributing to graphic design and social media marketing.

3-5 years of proposal and marketing experience with a strong understanding of key AEC industry organizations, events, and professional networks.
Track record of successfully producing deadline-driven proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, is a must, as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field. #LI-Onsite

Familiarity with local agencies (SCA, DASNY, MTA, DDC, etc.) and their RFP processes is strongly preferred.
