About the role

Serves as liaison between agents, the home office and other field operations.
Advises agents on best practices for selling the full array of COUNTRY offerings and managing a successful agency, taking ownership in agents' success.
Formally welcomes, mentors and provides leadership to new agents by counseling them on business plans, marketing strategies, and retention campaigns.

Relocation to the assigned sales territory is required once all securities licensing requirements (SIE, Series 6, Series 63) are fulfilled.
Regular travel required, including some overnight.

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired.
Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
$100,000 - $137,000
Incentive Pay:
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for Agency Sales Incentive as well as a Short-Term Incentive plan.
