About the role
- The Houseperson plays a key role in preparing vacation rental and maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming indoor and outdoor spaces for guests.
- The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working both indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities
- Maintain clean, attractive outdoor areas by sweeping, blowing leaves, and removing sand and debris.
- Water plants and maintain landscaped areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready pool area.
- This position supports the housekeeping and operations teams by maintaining common areas, inspecting guest units before arrival, replenishing amenities, and reporting maintenance concerns.
Requirements
- You must be able to work weekends.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to use technology (e.g., tablets, iPads) to complete work assignments and report maintenance issues.
- Frequently walk, stand, bend, reach, climb stairs, kneel, and lift.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
