Our partner is looking for a Director, AI Strategy & Transformation based in United States.
The Director, AI Strategy & Transformation will lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide AI transformation strategy, helping an innovative organization unlock the value of emerging technologies.
You will partner with executive leaders and cross-functional teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities and build scalable adoption frameworks.

The ideal candidate is a strategic technology leader with experience driving enterprise transformation initiatives and enabling organizations to adopt emerging technologies.
Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives and driving organizational change.
Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, capabilities, limitations, and business applications.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leaders across functions.
Experience establishing governance frameworks, policies, and responsible technology adoption practices.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Experience identifying automation opportunities and implementing technology solutions that improve efficiency.

Background in strategy, operations, technology leadership, digital transformation, or consulting is preferred.

Competitive base salary range of $200,000 - $300,000, depending on experience, skills, location, and internal equity.
