About the role

  • This role requires strong technical acumen, product thinking, roadmap ownership, dependency management expertise, and the ability to translate ambiguity into actionable outcomes.
  • The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the future-state architecture while ensuring incremental and measurable delivery of business value.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the cross-functional technical roadmap aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Architects, and Technical Leads to prioritize initiatives and manage trade-offs.
  • Drive technical roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery sequencing.
  • Partner with engineering teams to refine and document technical requirements.
  • Facilitate technical discussions involving architecture, system design, data flows, and service dependencies.
  • Support modernization initiatives involving legacy systems, service decomposition, and platform evolution.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the Financial Services or Consumer Finance industry.
  • Background in Software Engineering.
  • Experience with Systems Architecture or Solution Architecture.
  • Experience supporting Architecture Modernization Programs.
  • Familiarity with Greenfield Development Initiatives.
  • Understanding of Containerization Technologies.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure Platforms.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
