About the role
- This role is critical to ensuring the timely, cost-effective delivery of products and services while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- The Supply Chain Manager will oversee procurement, inventory management, and logistics, with responsibilities for project management and supplier relationships, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
- Execute supply plan by utilizing MPS and MRP to ensure inventory levels align with the stocking plan.
Responsibilities
- Develop, and maintain, supply chain and procurement procedures and work instructions.
- Complete monthly plan vs actuals assessment and drive consensus on responses
- Monitor day-to-day supply chain constraints, develop and execute resolution plans, and escalate stockout risk to relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial suppliers, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering continuous improvement.
- Support lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field - or equivalent professional experience.

Skills
- Minimum 7 years of progressive supply chain or operations management experience
- 3+years of direct people management experience
- Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, and negotiations
- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software
- Strong project management and organizational skills
Compensation
- $120,000 - $140,000

- Oversee logistics and transportation planning to ensure efficient and timely product delivery to customers and contract manufacturer.
