- The Export Trade Compliance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring full compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), FDA, and other government agency regulations for both imports and exports.
Responsibilities
- Support and assist with CDOP/ECO approval for Trade Compliance department
- Support and assist with global classification of all Integra commodities
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Import/Export Customs Compliance, with practical knowledge of international trade and export regulations.
- Proficiency with US Harmonized Tariff Codes, Global Harmonized Tariff Codes and Export Control Classifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Power Point
- A formal written agreement is required before engaging any agency, and it must be executed and authorized by the Vice President, Talent Acquisition.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Oracle preferred
- Working understanding of Sanction Party Screening tools, Descartes, Kharon, or Securimate preferred
- U.S. Customs Broker License is a plus, but not essential for consideration
Compensation
- $71,300.00 - $97,750.00 USD Salary
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
- Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
- In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
