About the role
- The Food Plant Sanitation Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the sanitation practices within the food processing facility to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- The Sanitation Manager is responsible for supervising department operations and staff, as well as overseeing sanitation activities on and off the production floor.
- Creating and updating sanitation schedules to ensure all areas are regularly cleaned.

- Designing and implementing sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic food processing environment.
Requirements
- Knowledge of sanitation principles, extensive expertise in food manufacturing, and regular evening and weekend hours are required. -
- Must be a self-starter and self-motivated
- Must be able to manage changing priorities associated with a fast-paced, team environment

- Identifying opportunities for process improvement in sanitation practices.
