Responsibilities
- Understanding the qualities and characteristics that define a Leader and an Employee is important to building our future-fit workforce.

Requirements
- 3-5 years experience closing residential purchase transactions in the state of hire.
- Deep knowledge of state specific customs, expectations, process and regulations.

- Other Certifications:: Must meet state licensing requirements, if applicable.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word);
- Knowledge of client-based systems;
- Attention to detail;
- Motivated and positive team player;
- Leadership skills;
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to problem solve in a growing, expanding business;
- Ability to multi-task in fast-pace environment.
- ResWare experience is a bonus.
Compensation
- anticipated base hourly rate from $ 27.00 to $39.00 based on skills and experience.
- This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
