About the role
- Resource Innovations is seeking a Residential Outreach Specialist to join our growing team in the San Diego Area.
- The Residential Outreach Specialist is responsible for promoting and supporting enrollment in the Energy Savings Assistance Program, an income-qualified energy conservation program.
- The program provides participating households with personalized energy education and the installation of eligible energy-saving measures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to eligible households through door-to-door canvassing, customer lead lists, referrals, prior customer recommendations, census tract information, and other approved sources.
Requirements
- If applicable to the position, a pre-employment drug screen may also be required.
Compensation
- The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $20hr plus incentive.
- In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
- The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.
- Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
