About the role
- The Senior Producer is responsible for planning, production, and delivery of all video content across the studio.
- Based in Baltimore, you'll oversee all video production activity across the studio - from traditional live-action production to GenAI video creation.
- The studio's approach combines insight intelligence, AI creative, and human-in-the-loop oversight to produce client-ready GenAI content.

Requirements
- Comfort working in structured workflow environments
- experience with OMG or similar project management systems is advantageous
- Familiarity with GenAI video tools (Runway, Pencil's film generation capability, or similar) and comfort with AI-assisted production workflows
- Ability to train production team members on effective AI tool usage and quality benchmarking

Compensation
- $97,750 - $109,250 USD
- At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range according to what's stated below.
- Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
- The range listed is just one component of OLIVER's total compensation package.
- At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $97,750.00 to $109,250.00.
