Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Executive Assistant team to optimize calendar, communications, and follow-ups.
  • Initiative Ownership & PMO: Lead and support critical business initiatives from concept through execution, often with limited direction. Track progress, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure delivery against strategic priorities.
  • Revenue Operations & Business Development Support: Partner on client and growth efforts, including sales enablement, proposal development, and pipeline tracking. Maintain visibility into key metrics and surface insights to inform action.
  • Internal Communications: Draft and manage internal communications on behalf of the President, ensuring clarity, alignment, and consistency of messaging across the organization.
  • Ability to influence without authority and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Develop a broad and deep understanding of how a high-performing professional services organization operates and grows.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and partners across the firm.
  • Drive meaningful impact by enabling faster, better decision-making and execution across the Strategy business line.

Requirements

  • Four to seven years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a similarly rigorous, fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of discretion, judgment, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Nice to have

  • Experience in and/or consulting for professional services businesses is a plus.
