About the role
- The FP&A Manager is tasked with significantly enhancing Collective Health's Financial Planning and Analysis function.
- This critical role involves close collaboration with Finance leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders, including Customer Experience (CX) and Health Plans (HPO), Product, and Engineering (R&D).
- A core responsibility is to move beyond mere financial reporting to provide essential financial foresight, enabling faster decision-making and strategically guiding teams toward superior performance.
Responsibilities
- Establish oneself as a trusted partner to peers and senior leaders with an intimate understanding of stakeholder requirements to run the business
- Manage critical operations financial areas with significant interaction with our Capacity Planning teams including scenario planning through ongoing headcount management and expense planning
- Manage and drive key cross-functional initiatives from start to finish
- Provide ad-hoc analyses and special project support for the Finance leadership
- Develop and prepare corporate reporting of month end results with variance analysis
- Enhance existing reports and develop additional recurring reports including dashboards, monthly metrics, and Board materials
- Support development of three-year-long range financial plan for both internal use and investor purposes
- Identify new systems, tools, and processes to scale your support
- Strong AI skills, including a demonstrated ability to leverage generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini in Google Sheets) to automate complex financial analysis, summarize insights from large data sets for corporate reporting and Board materials, and identify AI-driven solutions to enhance FP&A efficiency and scale support
Requirements
- Experience with Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights and Netsuite.
- Experience with Adaptive Planning/OfficeConnect is highly desirable
- The ideal candidate must be intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to identify and execute solutions for complex problems, often requiring analysis with limited or incomplete data.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of GAAP (Accruals, COGS, and Capitalization versus Expense) a plus
Compensation
- The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
- In addition to the salary, you will be eligible for 115000 stock options and benefits like health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
- Lehi, UT Pay Range
- $110,000 - $137,500 USD
- Work directly with the Director of FP&A and other finance leadership and support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
