About the role
- This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active U.S. government Secret level security clearance or higher to be considered for this role.
- The likely salary range for this position is $124,093 - $165,025.

Requirements
- BA/BS degree or 4 additional years of equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in a fast‑paced Agile development environment
- 5+ years of experience deploying enterprise‑wide reporting tools and visualizations
- 5+ years of experience leading teams with demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and implement significant strategic initiatives
- Travel Required:
- You are expected to be on camera during virtual interviews.

- Provide technical and management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments
- Establish goals and plans that meet project objectives

- Follow Agile Scrum, Kanban, or other methodologies as directed by the customer
- Hybrid Work Schedule / Location: Must be willing and able to work onsite in Fairfax County, VA 3 days a week and 2 days from home.
Compensation
- The likely salary range for this position is $124,093 - $165,025.
- This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
- Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
