- Job Description: Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, our Cook will prepare a variety of menu items, interact with Food & Beverage Team Members, and assess guest needs and preferences to make menu recommendations.
- Work Environment and Physical Demands: Work Environment: This position works primarily in an indoor kitchen setting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain proper hygiene and clothing standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including washing dishes and equipment.
- Collaborate with food and beverage team members, cooks and managers to coordinate food preparation and order execution.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to maintain a positive and informed work environment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proven experience working as a cook/prep cook.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and teamwork-oriented environment.
- Strong service skills and a welcoming demeanor are required.
Nice to have
- Bilingual preferred, especially but not limited to English and Spanish.
