Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout shift
- Ability to operate pneumatic grinders, pneumatic strappers, acetylene torches, manual strap cutter, banding machine
- The physical ability to stand and walk duration of shift
- The ability to work over ten hours a week in overtime when required for business needs The ability to recognize and solve practical problems or issues
- Six months of previous experience with hand tools and gauges including impact wrenches, air grinders, drills, taps, oxygen acetylene torches, and mill gauges
Compensation
- Tuition Reimbursement up to $5,250 per year
