Responsibilities
- Develop working fluency in our finance and data stack: Workday, Adaptive Planning, Essbase, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric
- Maintain and improve the reports and dashboards used by Finance, executive leadership, including data quality and dimension governance across our financial systems
- Perform ad-hoc corporate analysis for senior leadership; investigate the question behind the question, get to an answer, and explain it clearly
- Support the preparation of Monthly Operating Review, Board reporting, and investor relations materials through data analysis and visualization
- Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and Operations to find manual processes and automate them, reducing cycle time and error rates
- Build reusable tools, queries, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience in an analytical role.
- Deep accounting knowledge is not required
- Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain an analysis to someone who did not do it
- A video interview is required for this position.
