About the role
- Primary Responsibilities Conduct all orientation & training sessions for any new, or existing staff as needed including the Emergency First Responder Certifications and Refreshers.

Requirements
- You hold a current Emergency First Responder Certification or equivalent You have Excellent, strong proven customer service experience.
- You have a Professional telephone manner.
