About the role
- We understand and provide expert consultation on weapons systems acquisition programs, maintenance/modernization programs, and sustainment programs.
- We know defense and we know aircraft systems.
- This role serves as the designated Facility Security Officer and primary liaison with government security agencies, including the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), customer security offices, and other contractors.
Responsibilities
- Our core competencies include systems engineering, program management, logistics, production support, aircraft maintenance, and aviation/aerospace services.
- This position partners closely with executive leadership, Human Resources, Information Technology, Program Management, Contracts, and Operations to ensure security requirements are effectively integrated into business operations while supporting company growth and customer mission success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, Government, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive security experience supporting cleared government contractors, aerospace, defense, or national security organizations.
- Minimum 5 years serving as an FSO or senior security leader.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Nice to have
- Certified Facility Security Officer (FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities certification).
- Certified Industrial Security Professional (ISP®).
- Industrial Security Professional Oversight Certification (ISOC).
- CPP, PSP, or other ASIS security certifications.
- Experience supporting multiple cleared facilities and geographically dispersed operations.
- Experience supporting aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, and Department of Defense programs.
- Familiarity with CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) requirements.
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and facility clearance sponsorship activities.

- $171k-$800k
