Requirements
- Job required equipment and services
- Must have a minimum of 3
- Must be able to handle high pressure and multiple priorities with professionalism and poise
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and openness to leveraging AI tools to improve workflow
Compensation
- Performs routine HR program support across compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, and performance management — using tools Microsoft Copilot to draft documentation, meeting notes, and corrective action write-ups.
