About the role

This role ensures production activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
The position contributes to consistent product quality through hands-on processing, monitoring, and material handling.

Perform physical tasks including bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and material handling
Clean equipment, pans, hoses, and maintain a clean work area
Ability to perform physically demanding work (standing, bending, lifting, shoveling throughout an 8-hour shift)
The Green Room Operator supports manufacturing operations by operating sizing room equipment used to separate abrasive materials into specific particle sizes.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Ability to comply with all safety requirements, including use of PPE (hard hat, safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, respirator as needed)

Prior manufacturing or industrial experience
Experience working in environments requiring strict safety and quality standards
Familiarity with material handling, production processes, or similar equipment
